Attacking a neutral player deep inside hostile territory in 0.0 is simply unforgivable, but since we usually try to minimize collateral damage and civil casualties as much as possible, I sincerely hope that you might be able to excuse this unfortunate incident.

Frankly, I think it's negativity like this that keeps your "movement" from ever growing to a size where you could actually achieve things.

They had no reason to trust you, OP. Why would they not shoot the random guy that requests a fleet when he might bubble them up and light a cyno for a nice little band of CFC guys or others to come through and start blapping them? Honestly, you need to do what one of the other posters mentioned and let go of your ego and your personal vendetta against the Goons if you want to be able to lead your organization or group to do important things in the Fountain front.

The nice thing about this war is that if Goons get hurt I can easily be glad about that, and when Test gets hurt that's still pretty cool. But you can't just declare friendship in null sec, that's not the way it works. However, if you got away that easily from a 20 ship fleet, I'd wonder whether they let you go.

Has it has been told before null sec rule of engagement except specific region and for those living there only, if Not Blue Shoot It.

To make it simple, purples (fleet), green (corp) blues you can ignore except when they make you angry, everything else is free fire.
And of course everyone applies this simple rule, thus you can openly say on forums you hate goons and help Test or BL PL whatever this will not change a dime to what you can expect when you see them on grid, they will pop you as soon as they can, Test usual tactic being to fleet you, warp you to them or their bble and pop you.

I mean testies are known to do stupid ****, but inviting someone not blue with a bubble to their fleet based on their word, will have been up there with bringing more cap ships to a cap fight they are trying to disengage from.

There is never a bad time to make fun of TEST or Harry Forever.

Lots of groups do this already. None of them are as clueless as Harry and they all inflict far greater economic damage than Harry. Asymmetric warfare has been a favoured PVP lifestyle in low and null sec since the beginning. Check out groups like Rooks and Kings, BL and Darkside just to mention the 1st three that entered my head.
Some people are very very skilled at this and understand how it works. Harry is the opposite of this.
Fleeting up with a cloaky ship is a standard tactic for locating a cloaky ship. Harry should have known this.
Putting a cloak on a ganking ship not designed for a cloak delays targeting so much that the only things you will catch are cyno ships. He most likely also has warp core stabs on it too. These are some of the reasons (apart from the spamming of the forums with ill thought through ideas) that Harry is mocked so often.
